This website is owned by E-Land Technology. No

or by any means or stored in an information retrieval
system without the prior written permission of
E-Land Technology. However, you may download and
print the Materials on this website for personal,
non-commercial use only provided you do not modify

You agree that all information and/or particulars

in relation to the access of this website is non-confidential
and non-proprietary unless otherwise expressly
indicated by you. You further undertake not to
submit any information and/or other materials
which are or may be offensive, illegal or which
may not be lawfully disseminated under the laws
of Singapore or any other relevant country.
4. Exclusion of liability
Singaporeland.com.sg shall in no event be liable
for any damages, loss or expense including without
limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential
damage, or economic loss arising from or in connection
with: (1) any access, use or the inability to
access or use this website, or reliance on the
Materials and/or any information in this website;
(2) any system, server or connection failure,
error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission,
or computer virus
Subscribers Terms of use and Privacy policy
This agreement is between you, Singaporeland.com.sg,
owned by E-Land Technology. These advertising
terms and conditions must be accepted and agreed
to in order for Client to purchase advertising
through the Singaporeland.com.sg website.
Billing and Advertising Confirmation
Payment by cheque (made payable to E-Land Technology)
only. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
E-Land Technology is not responsible for loss
or damage of cheque during postage delivery. Client
will be billed if the cheque bounces. Advertisement
will not be removed upon clearance of the cheque
only. Subscribers are given 7 working days to
post the cheque to E-Land Technology,
Prices
All prices are listed in Singapore dollars. Prices
are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery of Sponsorships
Singaporeland.com.sg will try and activate the
Client's properties advertisement/listing, profile
creation, etc, within the agreed date received
by Singaporeland.com.sg. However, Client understands
and acknowledges that by the nature of online
advertising, Singaporeland.com.sg cannot guarantee
the advertising's exact start and end dates.
Cancellation and Refund
Client may not cancel a advertising or project
once it has been confirmed and processed by Singaporeland.com.sg.
No refund of payment will be issued.
Location of Advertisments
Client acknowledges that the positioning of sponsorships
is at the discretion of Singaporeland.com.sg.
Right To Reject Advertising Campaigns or E-mail
usage
Singaporeland.com.sg reserves the right, at its
sole discretion, to refuse the provision of advertising
services to any web site, reject any universal
resource locator ("URL") link, or disallow a particular
site from becoming a client. Without limiting
the foregoing, the following advertisements and/or
sites are prohibited by Singaporeland.com.sg:
(a) those containing inappropriate adult or pornographic
material, and/or links to inappropriate adult
or pornographic material, or nudity; (b) those
that promote or encourage illegal activity, violence,
or racism and/or provide instructions or discussions
about illegal, violent or racist activity; (c)
those that promote or utilize software or services
designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail; (d) those
that promote illegal business practices; (e) those
with products or advertisements that are, in Singaporeland.com.sg's
sole and absolute judgment, offensive or inappropriate;
(f) those that violate any applicable law, regulation
or third party rights; and (g) any advertising
that Singaporeland.com.sg determines could result
in legal liability or adverse publicity to Singaporeland.com.sg
such as offensive, inaccurate, defamatory, libelous
or slanderous material or material which is potentially
infringing on another party's intellectual property
rights. (h)Singaporeland.com.sg E-mail subscribers
from must abide the rules (above) of Singaporeland.com.sg.

No Warranties
Singaporeland.com.sg's services are provided without
any warranties of any kind. Singaporeland.com.sg
hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, including but not limited
to the implied warranty of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose as well as any
implied warranties arising from course of dealing
or course of performance.
Limitation on Liability
Singaporeland.com.sg shall not be liable for any
(i) content or quality of advertising (ii) disruptions
or interruptions in the Internet which affect
Client's advertisement, (iii) errors or delays
in providing its advertising services, (iv) loss
of Client's data, (v) failure to provide requested
keyword or to meet any requested Client requirements,
(vii) damage, disruption, or injury to Client's
web site, or (viii) any delay or failure in performance
due to or caused by any events beyond the reasonable
control of Singaporeland.com.sg.
In no event shall Singaporeland.com.sg be liable
for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or
incidental damages, including but not limited
to loss of data, profits or goodwill. Client acknowledges
that Singaporeland.com.sg's pricing reflects the
allocation of risk. In any event, when we received
complains from others than subscribers uses singaporeland.com.sg
e-mail to create malicious acts to other internet
users, Singaporeland.com.sg has the right to stop
the subscriber from using singaporeland.com.sg's
e-mail. Singaporeland.com.sg and E-Land Technology
are not responsible for any damages the subscriber
done to others.
General
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire
understanding between the parties and supersedes
any prior agreements, discussions and representations
between the parties, whether written or oral,
regarding the subject matter contained herein.
All orders shall be subject to Singaporeland.com.sg's
then-current Terms and Conditions, which may be
revised by Singaporeland.com.sg without notice
at any time. This agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Singapore, without reference to its conflict of
laws principles.
